As promised, I have some photos of the Sailor Jerry’s Spiced Rum Mud Cake.
I will first say that the cake tasted amazing! It was an incredible mixture of textures and flavours. The cake wasnt overly sweet (I am sweet enough.. ahah). It was also very moist, but the top crust was the perfect crispy texture. So, on top of my sisters incredible baking skills, she made fresh ice cream and a chocolate sauce to boot!

All baked up! The top layer of the cake was the perfect texture. I love crispy!
This was the finished product! we took the cake and formed them to roses with Lesleys muffin molds. Lesley also had made fresh ice cream and chocolate sauce. To die for!
